That’s why we created Athlete Evolution. Athletes are built differently and need a different plan than their less competitive counterparts. Athletes are hard wired to want to run, to jump, to strike, and most importantly, to compete. Athlete Evolution was created to keep you sharp while also working on bringing the body to a balance. Navigating post competitive life can be tough, but finding a training plan that fits your style should not be.
Athlete Evolution is designed to continue building on all of the hard work you have put in over the years, without sacrificing 3 hours every day to do it. Post competitive life features long working hours, deadlines, and less free time. We designed this program to feature a balance of power, strength, speed, cardio, agility, and more, all while staying in line with your busy life. Better yet, you get 5 days of structured training, leaderboards, a team atmosphere, and 2 days of optional mobility/stability work to leave you feeling great.
