Sometimes all you need is a plan. With DB3’s pre-made plans, you can take the guess work out and get straight to training.

Each plan downloads directly to your phone via the TrainHeroic app and features full coaching videos and instructions for every exercise. All training plans are fully balanced, focused on mobility, stability, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and more depending on level.

Plans are purchased through the TrainHeroic app and feature lifetime access with only 1 payment. Most plans are 4-6 weeks in length and offer multiple skill levels. These plans are designed for those who want a taste of DB3 Training but might not be ready for individualized programs.

Current Offerings

Built for those who are new to the gym. The Foundations Program sets the stage for a future of fitness. This plan includes (3) ~45 min. strength training days to be done at any gym, while offering (2) mobility and cardiovascular days if you have time that can be done at the gym or on your own at home.

The ultimate goal of the Foundations program is to educate and empower users so they learn the ropes in a safe and controlled manner. Expect to learn how to use all your gym’s equipment. When you purchase this program, it is yours for life. If you are looking to make your body resilient, gain muscle, and start on a healthier path - this is for you.

Level : Beginner

Available in 4 week blocks ($39) or full program ($99)

Build is perfect for those who have some experience in the gym but are looking to take the next step. The main focus in Build is to fortify your athleticism and resiliency with a well balanced program that introduces the body to multi planar and compound movements.

Life happens in all dimensions, and we need to train in all dimensions to be ready for it. Build features 3 main training days with 2 optional cardio/mobility days to make sure you have everything you need to succeed.

Level : Intermediate

Available in 5 week blocks ($49)

This 4 week program comes with 2 separate mobility days to be done 2x a week with no equipment needed. It can be done from anywhere, and hits the whole body in 10-20 minutes total. Each exercise comes with video instructions and is modifiable to fit your schedule. This plan is perfect for anyone looking to gain mobility and can be especially impactful for athletes like golfers, runners, and more.
